- It is negotiated with the SRM to focus on the Assembling of the pipelines and installation of the covers + protections - target to start painting on 21-22.09 T/U coat
- Hydroblasting of the Main Deck on board of the Afromax Tanker is going. Preparation of the Main Deck for the Painting and proper marking before completion of the CAP 1 Survey under process.
- Mixing is going on as per the Nippon Recommendatiin for that paint

- Vessel is devided for the 2 areas before and after deckhouse - mooring wires and pipelines are protected against painting

- Mooring Wires are protected against painting
- New drip trays flat bars are prepared for the painting
- Deck below the Mooring winches is cleaned from the Grease
- Due to the requirements for the additional mechanical treatment painting is postponed until all marks will be cleared
- Main Deck where additional mechanical treatment is required is marked by Grey paint - yard will rectify that issues before painting under supervision of the TSI
- Rainy weather is giving a bit delay with the commencement of painting as well
- Application of the primer is started on the main deck

- Surface is cleaned and new gaskets will be provided. Our TSI always looking possibility to save budget and maintain and recondition existing equipment. Only if there is "no way "- we are offering supply of the new spares on board
- Our Technical Superintendents are supervising quality and quantity of surface that is hydroblasted before commencement of the painting. Our task to minimize expenses of the Shipowner by calculatioin of the real jobs that are done on board
- INMARINE-FZCO Technical Superintendents are monitoring the Hydroblasting pressure on the constant basis to ensure proper cleaning of the Deck and Pipelines befreo paint application
- Upon completion of 1000 bar Hydroblasting it is important to supervise the surface preparation and negotiate with the yard standards of the ST2 surface
- Hydroblasting machines have been properly checked and 1000 bar adjusted for the proper blasting of the Deck, Superstructure and Scrubber
- INMARINE-FZCO supplied all required gaskets, seals, joints and valves in advance.
- All painting jobs need to be supervised properly by experienced Technical Superintendent to ensure quality of the paint and minimum consumption of the paint
- CAP Survey preparation is going on and INMARINE-FZCO Technical Superintendent are fully aware about CAP requirement.
- Main Engine 6S50MC-C were overhauled during the Shipyard and Dry Dock repair progress.
